  1. “Our experience with Charlie Rinaldi for our home inspection was wonderful! Being an Engineer, his expertise put us at ease while buying a 93 year old REO house. We've bought 7 houses over the years and have never had such a thorough knowledgeable inspector! He spent over 3 hours going over and explaining every inch of the house and addressed our concerns with the foundation, roof, plumbing and partially updated electrical. Charlie's electrical background was extremely helpful. Charlie is not a nit-picker. He doesn't exaggerate minor issues to validate inspection report as many other home inspectors do. Charlie explained the necessary immediate repairs, and the minor repairs that would be needed in the future. *Weeks after our inspection, we had an issue with mortgage underwriter who'd seen an appraisal picture and was adding last minute contingencies to our loan. Based on the type of loan we were applying for, our lender requested that we find an engineer to assess the wall to ensure it was not structural/loan bearing. Charlie was prompt in getting back to us with a decent quote and a time that was quite reasonable in which he could meet us at the house. He came out within a few days, assessed the wall, and determined it was not structural. He wrote up a letter and included his professional stamp and sent it over both through e-mail and by post mail. He made it easy to send over to our lender. It was a fast and painless process and we were grateful for Charlie's help! Highly recommended!”

  1. “I would have given Rinaldi five stars but he ran into traffic getting to the house and then it the wrong address into his GPS, making him even more tardy. I understand that these could happen. But that is the only reason I did not give him a 5 star rating. He took his time going through the home and was extremely thorough in his inspection. He sent my report the next day as promised and was a true professional. Highly recommend.”
